Hello, I’m Megan! I am the owner of Tend & Co. Counseling. I support people as they cope with anxiety, depression, and as they heal from trauma, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed. Therapy Services

  • Individual Therapy

    Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes of talk therapy. Individual sessions are available in-person and virtually. Talk therapy is a way for clients to explore life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and cultivate skills to help reach their goals.

  • Group Therapy

    Therapy groups are a great way to connect with others, gain support and feedback from a therapist and peers, and access therapy at a lower rate. Group therapy offers a different experience than individual therapy and can be helpful simultaneously with individual therapy.

  • IFS Informed EMDR Therapy

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an effective method proven to help recover from severe emotional distress including trauma, abuse and other causes. IFS (Internal Family Systems) helps to achieve balance and harmony within the internal system.
